When’s the last time you made a list for something other than grocery shopping? Don’t get me wrong, I love a good grocery list, but if that’s the only kind of list you’re making, girl are you missing out!!
Did you know?
Lists help you solidify your goals and make them more attainable. They also remind you of what you hope to accomplish, and hold you accountable for when you don’t. But they’re not out to make you feel guilty for not getting something done yet. The point is that you have an accessible, easy-to-reference document that helps you stay on track!
They can also help you create a routine and then actually stick with it. Having a routine can be suuuper important to making it through each day feeling accomplished.
Starting with a small list can make a world of difference.
Don’t know what kind of list to make? You can list your goals, your dreams and aspirations, the movies and TV shows you’d like to binge. Or how about those books you’ve been meaning to read, the podcasts you want to listen to, or the bills you need to pay?
You can even make a to-do list for the day: Wake up. Brush teeth. Wash face. Comb hair. Make breakfast.
However your day looks, whatever your schedule is with the kids, your significant other, or just yourself, make a list today and see how it helps you stay organized AND feel accomplished by the end of the day.
