Without a firm routine, little things can slip through the cracks. I know how tough (and honestly annoying) that can be, but now is a great time to establish some new routines and habits that will stick with you for years to come!
My biggest suggestion would be to add more water into your routine. Some of you may already religiously down a gallon of water a day (kudos to you, girl), but if hydrating yourself is more of an afterthought than a conscious decision, I wanna encourage you to up your intake.
Drinking water has SO many benefits—increased health and energy, boosts the immune system, PLUS it’s your skin’s best friend. (I mean, we can’t all have the studio lighting to make our skin glow every day. 😉) All in all, it’s never a bad idea to drink water. But be intentional about drinking more today.
If you’re someone who doesn’t like water, try jazzing it up a bit with a lime or lemon (I know some people who squeeze almost a whole lemon into their water every day!), or supplement with flavor packets. At the very least, try switching from soda to La Croix (my fave flavor is the Pamplemousse because it’s suuuper fun to say and sounds fancy– even though it’s just grapefruit!) Then, you’ll have no excuse to skip out!
