The UNVEILED studio is located in Bloomington, Indiana, a charming college town full of delicious food, the cutest locally owned shops and boutiques, and plenty of places to unwind after your shoot.

Bloomington is approximately:

• 1 hour from Indianapolis, Terre Haute, and Evansville, Indiana
• 2 hours from Cincinnati and Louisville
• 4 hours from Chicago, St. Louis, and Nashville

If you’re planning more than a day trip, ask us about our favorite things to do here. We’ve got a diverse group of girls in the studio who can make recommendations for your first time in Btown.

A regular session can be Tuesdays-Thursdays, with a start time of 8:30 a.m. EST. Mondays and Fridays are available for an additional session fee of $200.  Our clients love that they can disguise their shoot as a “doctor’s appointment” or a “girl’s day out” if they want to keep their shoot top secret.

Many of our clients travel from over an hour away, which is one of the reasons we provide a same-day image reveal and ordering session. This means you only need to make arrangements to come to the studio one time.  The day is timed perfectly to allow a lunch break after your shoot so we can prep your photos to place your order before you head home.

A signature session lasts about six to seven hours, from start to finish. That includes your photo-ready hair and makeup, the shoot itself, and the same-day image reveal.

If you add items to your booking (more outfits, a second hair and makeup look, or a specialty set), your shoot time will last longer and may require you to schedule your image reveal on another date.

Only with your permission. We often work with school teachers, public figures, and other professionals, so we understand the importance of privacy. We also know how hard it is to keep your shoot secret if you are planning a gift for someone. For those reasons, we never post images until a model release has been signed.

All images you see on UNVEILED accounts (this website, blog posts, Instagram, Facebook, or anywhere else) are posted with permission from our clients. When you book your shoot with us, the default status of everything is private. We will ask you to sign a model release, giving us permission to share your gorgeous photos to inspire other women to book a shoot, but understand it isn’t a good fit for every client.

This is a time to focus on YOU! Often, we don’t allow ourselves time for ourselves. Leave the kiddos at home, girl! You deserve a day for yourself! Don’t worry about your nerves, we’ll be there to hype you up and make you feel comfortable. And we’ll let you wait for an “intimate” moment at home to share your photos with your S.O. 😘 If you’d like a friend to drop you off and spend your break with you, we’re happy to offer suggestions for local spots for them to hang out during your shoot!

At this time we do not offer group sessions on the same date, but we can schedule sessions for clients who want to book on back-to-back dates with a friend so you can plan a get away together in Bloomington!

Absolutely. I give super easy-to-follow instructions and coach you from your facial expression down to the placement of your fingers. You will never hear me give vague directions like “look sexy” or “work the camera.” In fact, so many of our clients have told us that because we give such great direction, their nervousness melted away in the first few minutes.

Nope. But I can bring out your best features by lighting and posing your body so that you look your absolute best.

Pricing is broken down into two parts: your session fee (the photo shoot itself), and your product order (the print and digital products you buy, which is a requirement for booking).

To secure your reservation on our calendar, you will pay a non-refundable session fee of $500.

Our Signature Session includes a session planning guide, camera-ready hair and makeup styling, a one-hour photo shoot for up to two outfits, and the same-day image reveal. You may choose to upgrade your session to include more outfits, hair and makeup looks, or a soak in our clawfoot tub, for an additional cost.

We offer a variety of print and digital products, with products starting at $1800. Pre-session payment plans are available to help make your purchase fit in your budget as you plan for your session. You can also earn studio credits to spend on your product order through our referral program.

7% Indiana State Sales Tax will be added to the final balance of your product order. All orders include FREE standard shipping directly to you.

Our studio offers a pre-session, interest-free payment plan. Your product order total is split into a series of equal payments on a schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—whatever is comfortable for you) for up to six months.

While cash and checks can be used to pay in full for your order at the image reveal, a credit or debit card is required to set up a payment plan. All payments are set up as automatic electronic payments through our system.

Pre-session payment plans allow our clients the peace-of-mind to breakdown their purchase to fit their budget and make this luxury experience attainable for anyone!

The standard turnaround time for print products and the USB digital collection is two weeks.

Purchased digital images will be delivered to you electronically, in a password-protected online gallery, within 24 hours of your final payment.

Full payment for your order is required the day of your session (or a pre-session payment plan is available), which allows you to walk away with your purchased digital images in your inbox, ready for you to enjoy as soon as you get home.

You are responsible for supplying your wardrobe, but we help you every step of the way to determine what the best options are for your body type and personal style.

After you secure your session date on our calendar, you will begin working directly with us to plan your session. We will talk through wardrobe options, offer recommendations, and help you brainstorm what you want to be photographed wearing (or not wearing!).

Need a strand of pearls or some statement earrings? We have a dreamy collection of accessories and jewelry that you are welcome to use to finish off your outfit.

Please don’t. We know alcohol can do wonders for the nerves, but it can also get… sloppy. We’ve found that shoots go more smoothly (and clients are happier with the results) when alcohol is saved for after the shoot.
